A RIC-en bel\u00fcli AI \u00e9s ML lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi a Controller sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, hogy el\u0151re jelezze a h\u00e1l\u00f3zati felt\u00e9telek (p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul a torl\u00f3d\u00e1s) bek\u00f6vetkez\u00e9s\u00e9t, \u00edgy a vez\u00e9rl\u0151 meghat\u00e1rozhatja az optim\u00e1lis \u00fatvonalat \u00e9s target cell\u00e1t a forgalom \u00e1tir\u00e1nyit\u00e1s\u00e1hoz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A RIC a forgalomir\u00e1nyit\u00e1s (Traffic Steering) sor\u00e1n meghat\u00e1rozza, hogy melyik cell\u00e1hoz csatlakozhat a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 (UE). A t\u00f6bb r\u00e1di\u00f3 technol\u00f3gi\u00e1val (RAT) is rendelkez\u0151, (pl. 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) h\u00e1l\u00f3zatban azt is el kell d\u00f6nteni, hogy melyik technol\u00f3gi\u00e1hoz (RAT-hoz), melyik cell\u00e1hoz, majd melyik frequencia s\u00e1vhoz kapcsol\u00f3djon a UE. Ezen t\u00falmen\u0151en a 4G\/5G NR Dual Connectivity-vel is rendelkez\u0151 h\u00e1l\u00f3zatban, akkor arr\u00f3l is d\u00f6nteni kell, hogy melyik els\u0151dleges \u00e9s m\u00e1sodlagos Node-hoz vagy melyik cellacsoporthoz csatlakozhat felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3. Ezeket a kapcsolatokat a h\u00e1l\u00f3zatban a cell\u00e1k elt\u00e9r\u0151en kezelhetik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hagyom\u00e1nyos vs RIC Intelligens Forgalomir\u00e1nyit\u00e1s &#8211; Traffic Steering<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hagyom\u00e1nyos Traffic Steering<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A hagyom\u00e1nyos h\u00e1l\u00f3zatok Traffic Steering funkci\u00f3ja az \u00f6sszes felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3t egyform\u00e1n kezeli \u00e9s \u00e1tlag\u00e9rt\u00e9keket haszn\u00e1l. Az \u00fczemeltet\u0151k lehet\u0151s\u00e9gei jellemz\u0151en a &#8220;cell selection&#8221; vagy &#8220;handover&#8221; param\u00e9terekre korl\u00e1toz\u00f3dnak. Ezek alapj\u00e1n mozgatj\u00e1k a UE-t a cell\u00e1k k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Ezek a hagyom\u00e1nyos Traffic Steering funkci\u00f3k nem veszik figyelembe, hogy egy adott felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 V2X felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3, \u00e9s nem el\u0151ny\u00f6s \u00e1tv\u00e1ltani azt egy m\u00e1sik cell\u00e1ra egyidej\u0171leg egy MBB felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3val, hanem ink\u00e1bb \u00e9rdemesebb a V2X UE-t kor\u00e1bban v\u00e1ltani a speci\u00e1lis k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyek miatt. Ez komoly kih\u00edv\u00e1st jelenthet az 5G-ben, ahol a h\u00e1l\u00f3zat nagyon heterog\u00e9n: vannak network slice-ok \u00e9s k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 t\u00edpus\u00fa (micro\/macro) cell\u00e1k, valamint k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 frekvencias\u00e1vok. Ez\u00e9rt egy ilyen HetNet-ben a Traffic Steering funkci\u00f3 nagyon bonyolult tud lenni. Nagyon fontos a UE kapcsolat t\u00edpusok megfelel\u0151 hozz\u00e1rendel\u00e9se a cell\u00e1khoz \u00e9s az er\u0151forr\u00e1sok hat\u00e9kony felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>RIC Intelligens Forgalomir\u00e1nyit\u00e1s &#8211; Traffic Steering<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Az SMO-ban l\u00e9v\u0151 non-RT RIC meghat\u00e1rozza \u00e9s friss\u00edti a h\u00e1l\u00f3zati policy-kat, amelyek ir\u00e1ny\u00edtj\u00e1k a near-RT RIC-ben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 Traffic Steering xApp viselked\u00e9s\u00e9t. A non-RT RIC ezenk\u00edv\u00fcl m\u00e9g elv\u00e9gzi a h\u00e1l\u00f3zatb\u00f3l nyert adatok statisztikai elemz\u00e9s\u00e9t amit felhaszn\u00e1lva &#8220;enrichment&#8221; inform\u00e1ci\u00f3t biztos\u00edt az xApp-nak. A non-RT RIC-ben t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik a ML modellek betan\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00e9s az A1-interf\u00e9szen kereszt\u00fcl elk\u00fcld\u00f6tt policy-k alkalmaz\u00e1sa is. Ilyen policy lehet p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul egy cella prefer\u00e1l\u00e1sa, tilt\u00e1sa vagy enged\u00e9lyez\u00e9se a UE#1 felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra egy adott szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s vagy QoS-profil eset\u00e9ben. Teh\u00e1t a policy-k alkalmaz\u00e1sa a near-RT RIC-en bel\u00fcl t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, amely meghozza a konkr\u00e9t d\u00f6nt\u00e9st (pl: egy adott UE-t \u00e1t kell-e mozgatni egyik cell\u00e1b\u00f3l a m\u00e1sikba). Ezeket az utasit\u00e1sokat az E2 interf\u00e9szen kereszt\u00fcl k\u00fcldi el a h\u00e1l\u00f3zati Node-oknak (CU, DU) amelyek v\u00e9grehajtj\u00e1k. ezeket a m\u0171veletek (pl. Handover, SCG addition, stb.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RIC Intelligens Traffic Steering P\u00e9lda<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e9t NodeB \u00e9s 4 cella van a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151k\u00e9ppen configur\u00e1lva:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>macro gNodeB_1 alacsony FDD frequencia s\u00e1von (700 MHz) vez\u00e9rli az A, \u00e9s k\u00f6zepes s\u00e1von (2100 MHz) B cell\u00e1t amelyek 10 MHz-es s\u00e1vsz\u00e9less\u00e9ggel rendelkeznek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>micro gNodeB_2, sz\u00e9les BW\/nagy s\u00e1vsz\u00e9less\u00e9g\u0171 C \u00e9s D cell\u00e1kkal, 3,6 GHz frekvenci\u00e1val, sok rendelkez\u00e9sre \u00e1ll\u00f3 PRB er\u0151forr\u00e1ssal, amely biztositja a magas adatsebess\u00e9get.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5G UE egy voice (5QI_1) egy IMS control (5QI_5) \u00e9s egy MBB (5QI_9) kapcsolattal mind a 4 cella lefed\u00e9s\u00e9ben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A UE sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra ebben a helyzetben a legide\u00e1lisabb configur\u00e1ci\u00f3 az lenne, ha a macro gNodeB_1 alacsony FDD frequencia s\u00e1v\u00fa B cell\u00e1n menne a control forgalma (CP) \u00e9s az MBB forgalmat pedig a C vagy D cell\u00e1n gener\u00e1ln\u00e1, mik\u00f6zben a voice kapcsolatot a k\u00f6zepes s\u00e1v\u00fa A cell\u00e1n tartan\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ehhez a non-RT RIC nek 3 policy-t kell meghat\u00e1roznia \u00e9s a near-RT RIC fel\u00e9 tov\u00e1bbitania ahol a RAN Controller xApp feldogozza azt \u00e9s az E2 interf\u00e9szen kereszt\u00fcl a gNodeB-knek az utasit\u00e1sokat kiadja. A gNodeB-k \u00e9s cell\u00e1k a megfelel\u0151 UE sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra tov\u00e1bbitj\u00e1k az egyedi, UE specifikus utasit\u00e1sokat \u00e9s a UE kapcsolatokat (5QI_1 and 5QI_9) ennek megefelel\u00f3en konfigur\u00e1lja. Term\u00e9szetesen ehhez a UE-nek is t\u00e1mogatnia kell a frequencia s\u00e1vokat \u00e9s a k\u00edv\u00e1nt funkci\u00f3kat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A v\u00e9gs\u0151 konfigur\u00e1ci\u00f3 a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 lesz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.
